There was an outage on Walker Tracker from just before 2am to just before 7am Pacific time today.
We were adding a database server to make sure things stayed fast around here, and it didn’t work out how we planned.
I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. 4am to 8am Pacific on Mondays just happens to be the busiest time in our week…

We monitor things pretty closely around here (the above graphic is from the great service New Relic), and speed and uptime are big issues for us. We’ll dig in to see what happened to make sure this issue doesn’t happen again. Again – thanks for your patience.
