Looking for an effective way to reduce stress, build resilience, and improve your overall health and well-being? Meditation is an effective practice aimed at providing peace, calm, and balance that you can carry throughout your day. Walker Tracker would like to encourage you to participate in a virtual guided meditation series in 2021, offered free of charge by McGriff Wellness to organizations and professionals alike.

These meditation sessions are scheduled on the first Wednesday of every month between 12-12:30 pm PST and can be accessed via WebEx or dial in by phone. You can register for one or multiple sessions and receive calendar invites upon registration. Please join on Wednesday, January 6, for the first meditation session of 2021, and let’s start this New Year with much needed peace and calm.
