Tell us about yourself:

Hi there! My name is Lindsey Bramwell, and I’m the Health Promotion & Wellness Supervisor at Moda Health. I support a team of Health Coaches and Wellness Advisors who provide creative solutions, health coaching, and guidance for employee wellbeing programs. I joined Moda Health in 2018 as the Wellness Advisor, and prior to that role, was an onsite Senior Health & Wellness Coach at a global pharmaceutical company. My certifications include National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer.

I didn’t discover the health and wellness field until college. Initially, I was a Journalism major with a grand plan to write for magazines. At my first college internship with a commercial real estate company, I started attending company Lunch & Learns on various workplace wellness topics. Health always interested me personally, and I became intrigued by this relatively new movement around corporate wellness. I promptly switched my major to Health Communication to pursue corporate wellness, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

What is your WHY?

I love helping others become knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their goals! Whether I’m working with my team, clients, or colleagues, it’s intrinsically rewarding helping others grow and achieve what’s important to them.

What advice would you give a younger version of yourself?

The health and wellness field is so vast! The best advice given to me (and that I would share with my younger self) is to define your specialty – you could be a health coach with a specialty in holistic nutrition, a wellness consultant with a specialty in exercise physiology, a wellness coordinator with a specialty in organizational psychology… the possibilities are endless! What’s your niche or specialty that helps you stand out in the crowd?

Is there a woman who has been influential in your life/path?

Oh gosh, there are too many to list! I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by and have learned from countless amazing women – including college professors, internship advisors, managers, colleagues, my team, family, and friends. I wouldn’t be who I am today without the guidance from every one of them. Thank you to all the incredible women supporting the growth of other women!
