My name is Erin Russell; I’m a native Oregonian. I’ve been living in the Portland area for the last 26 years and love it! Outdoor activities are a priority for me; kayaking, hiking, snowboarding, and camping are among my favorites. I also enjoy live music, reading, NW beers, red wine, and traveling (road trip!). I’m currently In an Exercise Science program and plan to complete my bachelor’s in Public Health. I’m fascinated with health, fitness, longevity, biohacking, nutrition, and anything that has to do with improving performance and optimizing everyday health and well-being. I strive to always be working towards a better version of myself. My goal is to also help others reach that by promoting awareness of the positive impact fitness, nutrition, and relationships have on the mind, body, and spirit.
