Where can I get pedometers?

Walker Tracker doesn't currently supply pedometers. Please see our pedometer reviews page or visit our 'Walking Gear Store'


What kind of pedometer should I get?

We've found that higher-quality pedometers make a walking program much more successful. These are usually in the range of $10 to $30, but have a life many times that of the cheaper pedometers. Please see our pedometer reviews and our blog post "What kind of pedometer should I get?"

How does the 30 day free trial work?

For thirty days you may use and customize the system as you'd like for free. Invite your employees, run competitions, create groups, have fun. If you like Walker Tracker (we hope you do), start your program by purchasing it in your account tab. If you'd prefer not to use our custom walking program - no problem, your account will be deleted after thirty days.


How much does it cost?

Do you offer educational/non-profit/government discounts?

We sure do! We give educational institutions, non-profits and government entities a percentage discount. Tell us about your program.


What is your refund policy?

We offer a free trial period, but after that there are no refunds. Here's how it works: Your initial billing starts the day you choose to pay for the program. If you choose not to pay, your account will be deleted a few days after your trial ends. If you cancel after your initial billing, well stop charging your card in the future, but no refunds will be issued. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that.

How do I delete my custom walking program?

Log on to the administration area. Click on Account->Billing - at the bottom of that page there's a link that says 'Cancel my walking program'


Can I put my walking program on hold?

Yes - we can 'freeze' your account while keeping all of your data. Please contact us from your account tab if you'd like to put your purchased account on hold.
While your program is on hold you will not be billed, however your users will not be able to log on and will receive a message indicating that their program is on hold.
When you are ready to start your program back up, let us know and we'll restart your program.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via check, PayPal or credit card


Can we pay for a whole year at a time?

No. Currently we charge by the month based on how many users you have at the end of your billing cycle. We intend to make other payment/billing options available in the future.


I run wellness programs / am an HR company / etc, what are my options?

Great! We think Walker Tracker would be a great tool for you to use in your programs. We'd be happy to set you up in a way that works for you. Contact us and let's work out an arrangement.
