I only have the IT not the ITC. I like it a lot but which it had a shut off for when not in use. I also wish it had a little better clip because it sometimes falls off but over all its very accurate and I really like it.

Just got the HJ-720. Looking forward to seeing how it compares to the HJ-112, which was fantastic.

Have been using this for 6 days now. Love it and it seems very accurate. I really like the PC download tool rather than keeping a paper log.

For walking accuracy I am very happy with the pedometer.
Not being able to change data in the software. Not so happy with the pedometer.

I think I'll like it but I don't know - it hasn't shipped from Amzaon yet.
I downloaded the software and think it's great. So based on poking around the software I'll give this pedometer 4 stars. (I had to write a review so that I could set the type pedometer I have own.)

I cannot recommend this pedometer without some disclaimers... First, the features on this pedometer are excellent. I love the downloading of data, the memory, etc. They come at a price though and the number one problem I have is accuracy. Though that's a little misleading. The unit is very accurate when it counts, but it severely undercounts "around the house" activities. In other words, when you go for a walk this thing is awesome and quite accurate, but when you move around the office, home or doing errands it will just not count 1/2 or more of your steps. I have a digiwalker also and wore both for a week or so and the numbers are shockingly different, and doing tests around the house show very clearly that it undercounts.

Same reliability as the Omron HJ-112. But now I can download step data to my PC and see even more stats about my walking. Time of day for stats.
The old one is still working after about three years. Some scratches and I wanted an upgrade.

Best pedometer I have used. Love the auto reset feature at midnight, aerobic steps, step history, and the USB connection to my PC.

I have only used it once, but so far I love it. Very accurate.

It sometimes falls off my pants, but that is why I love the safety feature on it. It's saved me so many times!! I love how accurate it is and that I can download my steps on to my pc. I also like that I can put it on the Aerobic setting and that I can put my personal stats into it so that it tracks my calories burned for the day. It is awesome!

Fantastic. Love the accuracy, pls USB connection for super-easy auto-logging, with graphs. Keeps me honest, as I HATE to see blank or low count days. Highly recommend as best bang for the buck.

Had nothing but problems with this one. At first, I loved the downloadable data feature, but the pedometer started to malfunction after 4 months. Gave up on it and bought a lower-tech one.

It seems to work fine, but I have not used the download feature yet and I can't get the battery cover off-will have to read the owner's manual.

Had to get it, I am such a gadget girl, I had the hj112 for over a year and loved it, but seriously pined for the hj720.
I downloaded the software with ease on a vista machine, connected my ped last night and works beautifully

I have only used it a couple of days but it found the missing steps and mileage that I was pretty sure I was doing.
I have used it on my waistband and in the pocket with no noticeable difference. I am curious to see how it will work worn as a necklace as stated on About.com's website.

I just bought this pedometer. I had it for 4 days. Many things wrong with it that just make it a bad buy.
Can't reset it if you want to start over. Had to delete software to get to return to zero. It also doesn't start to count your steps until you have been walking over 4 seconds at one time and was not accurate at all.
It will reset to zero at midnight only. YOu can't reset steps or anything. And if you put into pc with software and want to add more, it overwrites previous, does not add to it.
The software was easy to install, but once you download your info from pedometer you can't change or edit anything there like steps or name or anything....just not friendly for mistakes. I had to delete software to completely reset it to zero 2x.
I don't recommend this pedometer. I sent it back to get my money back. Not worth the hassles. Will be looking for another pedometer in the coming days.
Till then I'll fix up my old one and try to get numbers from it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PEDOMETER!!!!!!

I just got this one today. I loved my HJ-112, but the belt clip died a painful death. The "leash" clip went quite some time ago. So I thought, time for a new one. I had the HJ-112 for 2 years.
I'll add my thoughts on this one after I use it a couple of weeks, but so far the setup was easy and it's very sleek.

It is SO reliable and stable, and I absolutely love that I can connect it by usb to my pc, and import all the stored data into the Omron Health Management software which gives you all kinds of stats and graphs. I am in love with this thing and it feels like it'll last forever. :D

I forgot to remove it from my pocket and accidentally ran it through a wash cycle. I removed the battery and let it air dry for 48 hours then started it up again. It did occasionally lose the display and stopped counting time and steps for a couple of weeks after but it's been working fine ever since.

Great pedometer. Does everything the HJ112 does plus the memory stores the number of aerobic minutes and it allows me to download 45 days of step information to my computer.

Love this new pedometer. It picks up more steps than my HJ112 and am now comparing it to the HJ 120ITC to see if it is the same

I absolutely love the fact that I can upload my information from this pedometer to my PC. I also love that I can put it in my pocket and no matter whether it is sideways or upside down, it still works great!

If everything in my life worked as well as my Omron HJ-720ITC, I would truly feel blessed. As it is, I feel like a normal guy with a wonderful pedometer.
I would never have been able to do all this walking without the USB port and the nifty software.
Never try to take my Omron HJ-720ITC.

It looks like a shiny, black and purple pedometer cockroach! Essentially no different from the other Omron pedometers, beyond slightly streamlined controls and USB upload (if you want)

I liked this pedometer quite well - it's pretty much an Omron HJ-112 but with a USB port, some synching software and a different form factor.I found the buttons a bit hard to push in comparison to the HJ-112 and the form factor (a bit thicker) less appealing. Overall it's a great pedometer, however. Though since I have an HJ-112 on hand I found I'd grab that when going out the door.
