Had my physical therapy and chiropractor appointment today. Packing for my weekend with friends in San Diego, can't wait to see them!  Plus the weather here is freezing, literally.  Another picture of Tortola.

Cleaning person came today so I went to the gym for a little while and also got a manicure and pedicure which were desperately needed.  Picture is of Tortola again.

Organized the apt, did laundry, cleaned up in anticipation of the cleaning person who I just found out is sick and not coming this week. Aargh!  Picture is Kiawah Island

Was hungover and suffered from asthma most of the day plus the weather was crappy

Went out for drinks with a friend I haven't seen in over a year along with a bunch of my old colleagues.  Definitely had 1 too many Patron margaritas but they were good!

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill which I haven't done in at least a year and a half!  Had to go to the gym as my asthma has really been acting up and the last thing I want to be doing is taking another medication.  Picture is in Plitvice Lakes Croatia.  Finally figured out how to upload these pics so here they are!

Still glowing in the happiness of Obama!  Had physical therapy on my neck, chiropractor visit, and something extra called the "graston method" which is rubbing a hard metal instrument across my muscle spasms in my back and neck to try and break up the scar tissue.  Yes, it is as fun as it sounds.  Picture is of a waterfall in Plitvice Lakes Croatia, wanted to swim in it so badly as the water was crystal clear but it was not allowed.

Words cannot describe my joy at the outcome of the election!  Didn't get many steps as I was glued to the tube!  Picture was of the lake in Central Park, NYC, should have taken a picture of the screaming crowds at Times Square chanting for Obama, our new President!

Tried to do 11,368 for a competition but went over.  Can't wait to vote!  Picture is of the loop in Central Park.

Went to meet a friend that I haven't seen in months for drinks, it was really nice to see her and catch up before the holidays hit.

Moved more boxes into storage.  I think the end is near!
