incase you were wondering where I have been I sprained my leg so I been off my feet for a few days  and the pain meds I am on I have to eat to take them and then I sleep so all I been doing for the last few days now is eating and sleeping  so I have  put back on all the weight I lost and then some I am now back up to 166 lbs will the ever stop

I am sending well wishes you way too, Cherboo.  I have been taught a good lesson by these good folk here at WT.  We all help each other through the good time AND the bad times.

Take it easy on your leg and rest.  Your body will tell you when it is ready for more exercise.  Don't worry about the extra weight gain, for it will come back off again once you are up and moving around and completely well again.

REST REST REST....:)

It was great to hear from you the other day, cherboo, and hear how you quit smoking.  I'm still working on just the thought process...busy time right now for me and as dumb as it sounds...this is not the time to quit.  After the election I'll have more time to "think"...right now I'm just reacting.

I hope that you are healing well and not pushing yourself much.  Take care of yourself (and your leg!) and worry about steps when all is right again. ;-)
