Stay at home parent, living in the middle of nowhere and doesn't like to drive.  I went from riding my bicycle EVERYwhere to barely making 100 steps a day.  Goal is to reduce 30-60 lbs by Feb 29, 2008.  The month previous to joining here, I'd already worked myself up to an average of about 800 or more steps a day. (Worked up to an average of 6500 steps my first week here.) By the middle of my second month, I had a monthly average of over 9900 and changed my goal to 10,000 steps a day, minimum.  Walking is something I'm willing to do for the rest of my life!
