9:00am: 844 so far. Goal today is to get a minimal of 8400. I'd prefer 10,000...but my back has just been freaking out so much lately. Looks like there is a good chance I won't catch up to jeninca this week. grrrr. heheheh
9:45am: Got two easy blocks in. In a couple of hours I'll try another 1-2 easy blocks..and keep doing so every few hours until I get where I want to be or more. I am looking for back exercise alternatives than the ones I have. I need to find something that'll work!
Focus this week will be on getting my walks in, intuitive eating, and helping my back get better.
4:50pm: Made it to the 8400. Anything now is gravy. I might actually make it to 10,000 if I go for another short walk this evening.
7:15pm: 10950. I think I can make it to 11000 before the end of the night :D
