still sick spent the day on the couch and now the baby is getting sick so not a lot of walking going on still trying to do what I can though without over doing it, only good thing about being sick is that I am not all that hungry, I had gained 5lbs while away and am now as of this morning back down to 152lbs I had gotten back up to 155.5lbs

starting back on track tomorrow with a new eating plan. I was not good the hole time I was away and felt just awe full for eating what I did and that I ate it. no more. Will update other numbers tomorrow am tired and going to bed.

better day today I at least got over 2000 steps so am happy with that. I am heading out of town on Wed to visit family so may not be able to log my steps until I get back but will write them down and log them when I get home. I have just put how many days I have gone with out junk food on a calender and will be tracking it on my blog any way I have gone 6 straight days in a row. and a total of 11 days so far for the month of Sept. So am doing good so far. eating was OK today 1330 calories for the day and 88 ounces of water. I did work out as well. did the walk strong video in the walk away the pounds series and did some crunches and push ups and side bends my push ups I did using the wall. thought this cartoon was cute. I watch the show you are what you eat and thought that it applied to it.

today's steps aren't as high had a really bad headache most of the day so when the baby napped I did. It is now gone thank god. haven't had a headache like that since I had started going off of my caffeine. Which I am still doing good with not having any of it or the pop. Now I am working in the junk food. the picture below is y baby boy he will be three months this Friday and he is already sitting up in a high chair. And he rolled over twice. Anyway today's eating was good. And today's water is good also. I will be back to walking tomorrow. Oh yes and today was weigh in day. I weighed in this morning at 150.5lbs so I lost 2lbs this week. I am so happy. I will be under 150lbs by next weekend. back later to add my steps. Angie

am happy to get over 2000 on the weekend. This week I aim to get between 2000 and 5000 steps Monday - Friday and then Saturday and Sunday aim for 2000

Today was a rest day, but steps were still some what good. Eating was perfect. And I haven't eaten yet and its past 11pm here I am hungry but I have weigh in in the morning and don't want to eat anything more. I am going to try and do some of my walking tapes tomorrow But either way will be back at it tomorrow. I took the stairs down again tonight when I let the dog out. And I went a little faster then last night. I live on the 11th floor. Not much else to say. Wish me luck for tomorrow. Angie

thanks everyone for the well wishes on the fall I am OK just a little bruised I have taken it easy today as far as walking. I did do some of my walking tape but couldn't finish it as my little guy was just too fussy. I will try and get as much in as I can before bed tonight. And will be back at it tomorrow. Knee is just bruised the left one the right one is OK and so are my hands. Thanks as well for all the comments means a lot I will get around and comment you all today. Angie

Not as good as yesterday but still good considering I didn't get to bed until 4 and then was back up again at 6. I did have a nap between 7 -9 when the baby slept and then stayed up. did my mile and a half with my walking tape and then had play time with the little guy. Then we went for a 35 minute walk. It was nice today not too hot and not too cool. came back and actually wasn't sweating. Hoping to do more walking tomorrow. Oh and I took the stairs three times today so four. the first three times were three flights and the last time was 11 flights we live on the 11 floor. I am hoping I am not too sore tomorrow. I fell tonight getting off the bed and hurt my two wrists and my knees. The knees were sore going down the stairs but I will still walk.

Not done walking yet for the day don't go to bed until 1am. I have a long day. Have an almost three  month old son and I basically go around his schedule. Eating today has been bad. Need to change that. Was doing good until my birthday which was August 29/08. Actually the day before that.  I will get there. I have given up diet pop and caffeine. it has been 11 days with out caffeine and 9 days without pop. This is big for me as I am addicted to both of them. Will update steps later on.
  Much better day for walking today. wish I could say the same for my eating. Will work on that starting tomorrow. need to keep the steps up and maybe even do a little more.

good day today lots of walking this week I will make my goal. which is to walk 29 miles. Eating still needs to get better. Which will start tomorrow. no more messing up if I want to make my goal by the new year here's to a good day tomorrow.

was lazy today and didn't do enough back at it tomorrow it is cooling off here this week a little and I am starting to feel a little better now. Gotta get ready for the challenge starting on the 9th I believe.

lazy again today have been going to bed past twp in the morning and getting up at 6 this changes Monday. I will try and walk tomorrow. But no promises as it is now 3 and I have to be up at 6. water was good eating could have been better. Weigh in tomorrow. we will see if I lose any thing Sat showed me at 152lbs.

slacked again with walking. I decided to take the stairs tonight down when I let the dog out. We live on the 11th floor of a 12 story building. Then I did a loop of the front yard and paced in the elevator on the way back up. I will do better this week. I need to. Need to do better I have to hit as close to my goal of 5000 as I can.

Little better day today. I walked the apartment a little with my son cause he would not go to sleep and that got some steps as well as passed when waiting for the elevator. Back to regular walks hopefully tomorrow. Have had my first period in almost a years so haven't been feeling too good, eating was low. But all pretty much healthy. Will try and do better tomorrow.

did bad today slept awe full last night so slept most of today. I napped when my baby boy did.back at it tomorrow will make up for today. need to if I want to hit 21 miles this week.
