Hello dear sweet Sue!!

Is this the BIG-BIG GOLDEN event for your mum and dad????

If so, then I can see why you're wishing its Friday ...

No @henross, its me that's sort-of anti-social, you have big birthday parties that draw friends from far and wide, and even some friends that are "wide and far"

My apologies Sue, I'm feeling "wide" today.

Hi Rosie - yep, this is the big weekend, although their anniversary isn't until next Monday (24th).  Really looking forward to it - also, 1st bit of time off work since June - I need a break!
Apart from national holidays, I've had 1 full day & 3 half-days off work & 2 of those half-days were for Johnny's hospital appointments.

That's just how it is Sue when YOU'RE working for "yourselves" is that why??

.. my brother had his own business (a recording studio) and he almost went crazy, lots of stress and no holidays.

How WONDERFULL to hear your parents have enjoyed so many happy years together.
I'd have loved to be able to say that of my mother and father too.
A real happy marriage is truly "A Fortress for Well-Being"
