tell us all the plans then...
was thinking about your non aerobic steps... do you step energetically? I find I have to really swing the hips to register steps whilst standing still...

We're going to Rye on Friday afternoon to celebrate parents' Golden Wedding - have rented a house for 3 nights. Sisters & I are cooking Friday night for us all. Chris is hoping to get over from Belgium Friday evening (depending on ferries, etc). Saturday, we're not sure exactly what we're doing during the day - depends on weather. Have booked table at The Mermaid for evening meal. Chris, his wife Sandrine, Steve & myself will have to leave after lunch on Sunday. But sister Alison, her DH Terry, other sister Lorraine & Mum & Dad are staying until Monday which is the day of Mum & Dad's Golden Wedding. 50 years of wedded bliss!! Has taken a lot of planning & has been so hard keeping it a secret from parents. They knew we were taking them away but didn't know where! We haven't really made plans on what we're doing, apart from Saturday night. Looking forward to it - DH isn't. he doesn't like these things.
i found omron ok recording steps whilst stood still,
Well hopefully your weather will be tons better next week, will say a few prayers. its an achievement these days to stay married never mind 50yrs.
My DH aka CM, is the same way, would rather stay home than par in any family parties! Sounds like a great wkend. We will be celebrating my Mother's 80th birthday over T-giving wkend. It will be a busy time. Have booked a lunch on Saturdy at an Italian restaurant that sounds like they have great food. It will be fun not matter what.
Sounds like a great time!
