Good morning to you.... heard on sky this morning , that one in ten adults think jaffa cakes, coke, chips and spaghetti hoops count as 5 f and v a day!!!!
was also pointed out that jaffas have festured on englands football teams diet, as they are very low fat!!
useless friday info!! weekend!!! just had my one extra client, and sent her home happy!!

Heard that on radio too - along with Opal Fruits (sweets) & Fruit Shoots (drink). Just cos it says fruit in the title, doesn't mean it contains it! Apparently, toffee apples don't count either, which seems a bit strange considering they contain a whole apple.
Morning, Sue. Drizzly rain here today. Get to have a grandson over for just a bit. Hope you get those brakes fixed.
Hello there sweet Sue!
Brakes fixed? I sure hope so!!!
Dayyán and Rosemary munched through two packets of Jaffa Cakes last week Sue, I love them.
Fig Rolls and Café Noir are quite low-fat too Ross (@henross) and I love them "all"
Have a lovely TGIF evening Sue "everyone" reading here!

Sue they could just be genuine holidaymakers
You've got that right...TGIF!!!!
Those cars with the foreign plates that were stopped by the police...I'll bet they were Step Stealers and they were gonna try to steal some of your steps from you. (I'm pretty sure some of that same gang stole some of mine recently...it wasn't that I didn't do enough stepping...honest...the steps were stolen...LOL)
Better stop in to get those brakes looked at before stopping ain't an option anymore...

The police had doors & boots open on both cars. I saw that one of them had what looked like a lot of bedding in the boot.
The brakes are done - will take a couple of days to bed in properly - DH had better take it easy for a while.

Hoping for a quieter day - can't send DH out on jobs this afternoon. Desperately needs to fit new brake pads on van - they grate & grind rather alarmingly!
Few errands to run at lunch - bank, etc. I saw 2 separate incidents of cars with foreign plates being stopped and searched by police at lunchtime today - both in the high street, 2 minutes walk from each other. Illegal immigrants? Drug smugglers? Who knows.
