Disaster!!!!!  The computer didn't work when I got to work this morning - so I had to go back through all my notes to try & work out who was working where today.  Luckily, after loads of fiddling we (well, Mark) managed to get it going again.  Daren't switch it off again.
Phone has been so busy - usual for a Monday morning - don't know whether I'm coming or going!  Feels like 5pm already!
Set to hit 14 million today if I can squeeze in 23,588 today, if not tomorrow.
Walking in the rain at lunch - delivering letters & went to computer repair shop to explain problems I've been having lately.
Work computer problem has been diagnosed - knackered hard drive!!  Solution - new computer!!!!  Just for me?  How kind they are - will be round to set it up & transfer data tomorrow morning.  Must give me time to get wages, etc done first or my men will rebel!!
10704 steps to 14 million - definitely tomorrow!

Bad start to a Monday! never mind...will soon be friday again! have just weakened and put all henriks washing away! I put it into his office, where he has wardrobes, and "hope" he will finish the job...sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn\ t ... the last twice he hasn`t ! and I was determined not to do it....but weakened today! so now office is neat and tidy! Mind you... there is more washing waiting to be done!!

I always put everyone's washing away, otherwise it will just stay there forever!

Washing you say?  Oh my...My son's from last week is still waiting peacefully (and dusty) for him to put away.  The rest of the house of settled and fine.

Sorry to hear the start of your Monday at work, Sue.  I have NO IDEA what to expect when i get to work on Monday night.  We are doing a system upgrade on our hotel computer systems and my boss and the owners will be here working on it all day, and then they will be training the staff on the upgrade differences.  I was prewarned by my boss that she will be working with me for awhile tonight, to show me what part of my job was "supposedly" made easier.  I hope she isn't here all night long.  My work will suffer if she is.

Oh, dear! Hope to see your 14 million tonight!

I taught my kids how to use the washer and dryer and from the fifth grade on -- their laundry was their responsibility. Though I had to live with their less-than-perfect results (you can imagine), it worked. DH was another thing altogether!

I trained my kids to put their stuff away - well at least out of sight, but never have trained my DH.  He does the wash, I do the folding and putting away.

Yep, my son learned how to do laundry when he was 12! I gave him his own laundry basket and that is where his clothes usually were. Somehow he knew what was clean and what was dirty!!

I did cave on occasion and wash everything, fold it and put it away. It would just drive me crazy because every drawer in his dresser would be empty!

I hope the rest of your week goes better. We had that last week when our building's alarm computer crashed and no one's key cards would open any doors. Luckily the first guy in has actual keys to open them.
