Congratulations to Mr Obama - WT comrade @Debby80 will be so pleased!!!!!!!
And so, the drilling outside my office goes into a second day.....pass the headache pills & ear plugs!!!  They've just told us that the drains for the buiding opposite have not been connected for last 10 years, so raw sewage has just been going into ground - OMG!!!!  Thank goodness the place has been empty for the last 5 years!  They renovated it last year but can't let it, so it remains empty.

Good morning Sue, I am sure there are many here who are pleased!!!! I was maybe a bit more obvious about my preferences than some!! The distance has something to do with it, I am sure.

I think basically, the whole world is pleased! My sister said she saw a map of the world with 4 countries who would have voted for McCain..

Our prime minister said this morning that he is looking forward to finally working with a democrat. What has Brown said?

Haven't heard Brown's comments yet - only caught snippet of Obama's speech before coming to work.  I expect we'll still be America's puppet though.

I saw a bit of a programme from denmark...and they all loved Obama there, but when questioned about his policies, they were lost!!! Some said he was pro-abort...but as this is decided at state level anyway, doesnt matter very much! They all placed him politically in the centre!!

Morning, Sue. Not drilling again! here is a really, really nice noise-canceling headphone set. You can listen to your iPod while you're working.

Yes -- it's obvious a whole lot of people are pleased with the election results. Brought me to tears last night.
