Ok, so I picked out about this size and she told me the next time get bigger ones. HELLO???? My poor muscles felt like Jello. My goal is to take 2 classes, would include like turbo kick, Zumba, Ballistic, strength fusion, pilates and yoga. One thing is for sure, sleep is easier. Amazingly I was not sore today after Turbo Kick.
HEY, look at these steps! On a very busy work day. I started with 10 minutes on the Gazelle, got 35 minutes on the treadmill and then did the fusion class. While I may not make the goal I still win! I want to thank all of you who have encourage me! Geez, now I need 19550 a day to make it. This is me laughing. Life is such a blast. |

My muscles are definitely alive now. Lot of computer time but it's all good. And know my leggy is not going as high as it is in the picture, trust me on that one. It feels so good to work out besides on the weight machines and the treadmill. One more thing: I need to walk 18,400 steps to meet my challenge this month. mm.... 9 miles a day, that is a Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat and Sunday. 3 work days----Interesting. Only the Lord knows if this will happen. Tomorrow just walking down the stairs may be an accomplishment, hehehehe |
