Great steps and wonderful how much you can run now. I know it is agonizing waiting for foundation work but since it is such an important step must be right conditions. Certainly a lovely view out into the trees from your "new house" -
maybe a bit of running might help out with weight as well as your rebounder, your doing well Anna, hope rest of week is not to stressful.
Well thats why I did it Vista! I am trying to move things along a little here!
Anna a change of exercise is certainly working.
well the scales moved before the run but lets hope they keep moving! Its only a couple of pounds but I don't want to creep up again to where I was!
a couple of lbs is something, well done
Well I have 1.5 lbs to get back to where I was before my trip, but I have lost 2 lbs of it so far. Annoying as I really did not go crazy or eat a lot of junk or anything!
i know the feeling i am exercising 3 times a week going walking doing over 18k a day and nothing is budging, toning but nothing else. its driving me mad
I know its frustrating for sure! The only thing is at least we are at healthy weights more or less, but our bodies are just too comfortable here!!
