| 2008-09-26 | 10,343 | 4.6m | Good morning all! With all that is going on around us in the world, I can't quite grasp why I can figure out where to really put the time and effort into walking. I don't have the time, however; I have learned that I ABSOLUTELY have to make the time.
My dilemma is more micro then that. I have a great old railroad trail (no trains) that is great in so many reasons, good on your feet, as it has give, good because no traffic other then other runners/walkers/bikers. No hills just put on your ipoddy and go! However; I have to drive 30 minutes to get there. I could walk on our treadmill, but I hate walking inside. I could run around the farm, I don't have to drive, hills are a real pain &C(#* but I get distracted by the garden, the dogs, the cows, etc. Where do you walk? |
