I have a big weight loss goal of 80-100 pounds for the year 2008. I know it's possible and won't be easy. Walking and swimming are two aerobic activities that I enjoy and plan to do more of this coming year.Looking forward to the challenge, and to hopefully meeting some people with the same struggles!
